Summary

This course examines the formation and development process of representative large corporations in the history of economic growth in South Korea. It sequentially presents the growth stages of Hyundai, SK, POSCO, and Samsung, explores the roles they played in Korea's growth process in detail through various data and examples, and discusses how to link the growth experiences of large corporations to the current economic situation and the corporate environment. Through this, students will be able to develop deep insights into the history and meaning of large corporations that have been at the center of remarkable economic development since the 1960s.
