Summary

'Kyujanggak and Cultural History of Books' is a course that deals with "Korean Books" from the perspective of cultural history, focusing on the ancient documents of Kyujanggak, a treasure trove of Korean record culture.

In this course, professional scholars from related fields will participate as lecturers to lecture on major topics related to the history of Korean books, including the history of Kyujanggak books (1st to 2nd), the history of ancient collection and storage institutions (3rd to 5th), the characteristics of pre-modern Korean publishing culture (sixth to 12th).

By taking this course, students can learn the history of pre-modern Korean books and understand the characteristics of Korean history and culture more deeply.


Also, this course proceeds for 12 weeks with 60 courses and there are 3 types of subtitles, Korean, English, and Chinese.
